The super-friendly and accommodating staff made my stay a very pleasant experience. I asked for single room and it was large with a bathroom. Could use an iron, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Nice location, a subway station was nearby the hotel. There were bars and restaurants near the place. Everything was simply perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The staff member at the reception was extremely helpful when we had an issue with the broken shower in our bathroom. They promptly fixed it and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The personal was good, with 24/7 open time. the rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds and individual lockers. We enjoyed the small balcony and the location close to Milano Centrale, which was convenient for early trains or late flights.
